Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is merchandised, stocked, and maintained to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to deliver top-notch customer service and uphold company standards.
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain the cleanliness of the store.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Conduct inventory counts, monitor accuracy, and provide feedback on products and inventory.
- Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Experience in retail preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
