Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and follow ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with management, and provide feedback on products
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures
- Follow company policies, maintain security and confidentiality, and perform assigned duties
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
- Capable of operating equipment and performing cleaning tasks
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
- Good organizational skills, ability to follow instructions, and multitask efficiently
- Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales
