Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness in the store, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and process customer purchases with efficiency.
- Interact with customers, assisting them with their shopping needs and inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with the management team.
- Follow company policies, handle cash transactions, and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable.
