Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain displays in an orderly fashion.
• Operate the cash register with efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist customers and address their shopping needs promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and monitoring for any discrepancies.
• Adhere to company cash policies and minimize losses.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior work experience in retail preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties efficiently.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
