Store Team Member
Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member and be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Collaborate with our team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for all customers.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Offer feedback on products and inventory
- Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
- Follow company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Efficient cash register operation
- Ability to operate store equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Work effectively in a team environment
- High school diploma preferred
- Retail experience is a plus
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail work experience preferred
