Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure neat displays, perform cashier duties, and maintain cleanliness.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
