Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, merchandise stocking, and store cleaning.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback to management on products and store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and various equipment.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
