Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers through exemplary customer service, efficient cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. This position offers 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
