Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store remains organized, well-stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store maintenance.
- Participate in inventory checks and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company procedures and maintain security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
- Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in retail beneficial.
