Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience in retail preferred
• Ability to operate equipment and maintain store cleanliness
• Good communication and organizational skills
