Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. This position offers competitive wages and benefits, including a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior work experience in retail is a plus.
