Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play an essential role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members and provide exceptional customer service while upholding company standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding security and confidentiality.

Physical Demands

Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds, perform various tasks around the store, and work with or without accommodation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations.
• Skilled in operating store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
