Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the Aldi team. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves and displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and assist with store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
