Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide prompt and friendly customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties to company standards.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
