Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Give feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock levels.
- Follow cash handling procedures to minimize losses and comply with company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including lifting and stocking.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
