As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, clean, and that customers have a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for cashiering, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management
- Provide feedback, monitor inventory, and adhere to cash policies
- Follow company policies, handle equipment, and ensure a safe shopping environment
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
- Experience in retail is preferred
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
