As a Full Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's smooth operation and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will involve merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and customer concerns.
• Follow cash-handling policies, uphold company procedures, and ensure data security.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide efficient and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash registers and store equipment accurately.
• Follow company policies, interpret procedures, and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail is advantageous.
