Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, follow cash handling procedures, and uphold company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling customer transactions.
• Good physical condition to lift, carry, and stock merchandise.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
