Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store operations run smoothly and provide exceptional customer service to our shoppers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
- Follow cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain security and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Customer service skills and cash register proficiency
- Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning duties
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
- Educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Retail experience preferred
