Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and ensure shelves are stocked neatly
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
