Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, managing product merchandising, cashiering, and store cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills as outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers in their shopping experience and communicate effectively with the team and management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and suggest improvements.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
- Comply with company policies, uphold security measures, and perform assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment.
- Experience in retail operations is preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
