Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a fundamental role in ensuring our store maintains a top-notch appearance and provides exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. competencies in all tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by aiding shoppers effectively.
- Collaborate with colleagues and communicate promptly with management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.
- Follow company policies ensuring security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Possess excellent customer service and cash register skills.
- Capable of operating store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Good verbal and written communication abilities.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Fulfill state and local requirements for alcohol sales where applicable.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
