Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. You will collaborate with team members, follow company policies and procedures, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
- Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain store cleanliness following company standards.
- Communicate clearly with the store management team.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
- Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory for accuracy.
- Perform general cleaning duties as required.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
