Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with other team members to maintain the store's appearance and assist customers during their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.
• Follow company policies while maintaining security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of general cleaning duties and following company guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and can multitask efficiently.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is advantageous.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
