Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
- Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively.
- Assist in store inventory counts and monitoring inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
- Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior work experience in retail preferred.
