Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the store is well-organized, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays
- Operate cash register efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Assist with inventory management
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
