Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring exceptional service. This position offers a starting wage of $16.00 per hour with 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Effective communication skills and ability to operate a cash register.
• Capable of handling equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
