Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the store. Position Details

- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and working collaboratively with the team.
- Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, handle cash transactions accurately, and contribute to inventory management.
- Perform general cleaning duties and uphold store cleanliness standards.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment with safety and efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and the capability to work independently or as part of a team.
- High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask.
