Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly. From merchandising and stocking products to providing exceptional customer service, your contributions will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store cleanliness.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team.
• Capability to operate equipment and perform duties effectively.
