Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products, operate the cash register, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with the management team.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and able to provide courteous customer service.
• Experience operating a cash register and equipment in a retail environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
