Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain clean and organized displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Assist with inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment as needed.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
