Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases and maintain neat merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Keep inventory accurate by participating in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
• Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining document security.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register.
• Ability to operate equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
