Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers in their experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
