Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, ensure top-notch customer service, and implement company strategies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store activities and team performance.
• Communicate and uphold company values to foster teamwork.

• Maintain store signage, product quality, and inventory levels.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience; management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus.
• Ability to lead, communicate effectively, and implement company policies.
• Skilled in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Willingness to travel within divisional requirements.
