Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training to prepare for managing your own store effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and executing operational plans.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations and team performance to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Communicate and uphold company values to foster teamwork and employee engagement.
• Manage store signage, product quality, and customer concerns resolution.
• Recruit, interview, and train store personnel while maintaining optimal staffing levels.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify development opportunities for staff.
• Manage store payroll, budgets, cash audits, and inventory.
• Ensure a safe and well-organized store environment.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Demonstrated skills in customer service, team leadership, and communication.
• Proficiency in interpreting and applying company policies.
• Prior retail experience, with management experience preferred.
• Flexibility to travel between locations for training.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience; management experience desired.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
