Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our ChristianaCare HomeHealth team. If you are an experienced LPN with a passion for providing care to geriatric patients in the community, this is the opportunity for you. You will work closely with our supportive leadership team, delivering skilled nursing care and treatments, implementing care plans, and contributing to patient discharge plans.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required.
- Must hold a current DE LPN license or compact state license.
Job Types
We have opportunities for Per Diem, Part-Time, and Full-Time LPNs to support New Castle County, DE, with varying shift options. Competitive pay ranging from $22.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience.
