Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our HomeHealth team at ChristianaCare. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, implementing patient-centered care plans and participating in discharge planning.
