Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and ensure patient-centered treatment.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Prepare for patient discharge.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- IV proficiency preferred.
