Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our Home Care field team. Role Overview
- Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement care plans focusing on patient goals and resources.
- Train and become proficient in IV functions within 90 days of hire.
- Support patient discharge planning.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within 3 years.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- Minimum 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Prior Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
