Job Description
We are looking for a talented Manager, Field Analytics and Operations specializing in Oncology/Incentive Compensation to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. This remote position will play a crucial role in optimizing field force analytics and operational effectiveness, supporting the ONC BU under the US Business Operations and Analytics department.
Responsibilities
- Lead field target planning, alignment, and process optimization for the Oncology team.
- Design and implement customer call planning tools and evaluate field force productivity.
- Create and manage performance-related reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to ensure project delivery.
- Communicate incentive compensation plans to the field-based teams and sales leadership.
- Partner with US Data Strategy and Commercial IS and Data Operations teams to drive business analytics advancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
- 3+ years in sales operations, analytics, and/or Commercial IT, preferably in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
- Proficiency in IQVIA, Symphony, Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and MDM.
- Strong business acumen and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experience with incentive compensation software is a plus.
