Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Manager in Training to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare for managing your own store. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, creating operational plans, and developing your team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $26.25 per hour
• Year 1 Earning Potential: Up to $70,750 (may vary by location)

• Supervise store operations and team performance to deliver top-notch customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 21 years
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Prior retail experience and management background preferred.
