Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Oncology Account Manager for the Toledo area. The Oncology Account Manager will be responsible for promoting the company's oncology products, establishing and managing relationships with healthcare specialists, and implementing marketing strategies to achieve objectives. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and involves collaborating with the commercial team.

Responsibilities

  • Promote Jazz Pharmaceuticals' Adult Oncology products to physicians and healthcare providers.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on product information and approved indications.
  • Achieve sales forecasts and targets.
  • Organize meetings for medical and product information exchange.
  • Analyze territory prescribing trends and work with Technical Staff to increase revenue.
  • Develop business plans and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to sales strategy and uphold ethical marketing policies.

Requirements

  • College/university degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in selling oncology products preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work in a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Experience

  • Post-graduate business study or training.
  • 5 years of pharmaceutical specialty sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in Hematology, Solid tumor, AML, or Lung Cancer highly desirable.
  • Community Oncology practice and Key Account knowledge preferred.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Frequent travel and computer use.
  • Interactions with external contacts in an office environment.
  • Availability for non-standard work hours.
