Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company, is seeking an Oncology Business Manager for the Northeast region. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership and business strategy skills, building and managing relationships within health systems and community oncology practices to ensure access to Jazz Oncology products.

Position Objectives:

• Develop and execute business plans with a strong understanding of healthcare economics and access strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to execute Oncology brand objectives.
• Position Jazz Oncology as a preferred partner for healthcare initiatives and patient support.

Position Responsibilities:

• Optimize engagements and resources with strategic oncology accounts.
• Develop account-level strategic plans in collaboration with Regional Sales Managers.
• Communicate insights with leadership to inform contracting and access strategies.
• Build key relationships with decision-makers in health systems and oncology practices.
• Educate accounts on product access and financial assistance programs.
• Ensure compliance with ethical policies.

Required Skills / Competencies:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of industry experience in healthcare.
• Experience in managing Oncology practice network accounts and GPOs.
• Knowledge of hospital reimbursement models and healthcare ecosystems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to prioritize in complex environments.
• Travel required up to 40% of the time.

• Frequent travel and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business applications.
