Oncology Business Manager (Pacific Northwest )

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oncology Business Manager to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals in the Pacific Northwest region. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership and strategic business skills, focusing on building and managing relationships within health systems and community oncology practices to ensure access to Jazz Oncology products.

Position Objectives

• Develop and execute business plans with expertise in group purchasing organizations, health economics, and reimbursement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to educate and execute brand objectives and access to Jazz Oncology portfolio.
• Position Jazz Oncology as a preferred partner for current and future initiatives, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead strategic account-level planning in collaboration with Regional Sales Managers to ensure optimal access for Jazz Oncology products.
• Communicate account plans and insights to inform contracting and access strategy.
• Manage key business relationships with decision-makers and educate on product access and financial assistance opportunities.

Skills / Competencies Required

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of industry experience.
• Experience with Oncology Practice Network accounts/Health Systems and Group Purchasing Organizations.
• Strong understanding of reimbursement models and healthcare ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to prioritize and navigate complex healthcare environments.

Description of Physical Demands:

• Frequent travel for field responsibilities and management meetings.
• Proficiency in operating computer programs and business applications.
