Job Description
We are seeking Part-Time Store Associates, Cashiers, and Stockers to join our team at Aldi, one of the nation's fastest-growing grocery stores. Position Details
- Position Type: Part-Time
- Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
As a Store Associate, Cashier, or Stocker, your duties may include collaboration with team members, upholding security and confidentiality standards, processing customer purchases, stocking shelves, assisting with curbside shopping orders, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Knowledge of retail products and services
- Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
Physical Demands
The role may involve sitting, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying items up to 45 pounds. Specific physical requirements vary by position.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge is also acceptable.
