Aldi is looking for a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our team!

Enhance the ALDI customer shopping experience in a collaborative team environment as an ALDI Cashier or Stocker. As a member of our team, you’ll be operating the registers or other machinery, stocking our shelves, keeping our stores looking their best, and serving our customers. Position Type

• Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $15.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leaders
• Uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data within the area of responsibility
• Perform cashier or stocker responsibilities as assigned

Cashier Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and stocks shelves neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Report and manage inventory discrepancies
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures

Stocker Responsibilities

• Properly stock shelves and rotate products
• Create well-merchandised displays
• Organize inventory and maintain a safe workspace

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High school diploma preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior work experience in retail preferred
