Job Description: Senior Director, Pharmacometrics (Remote)

We are seeking a talented Senior Director, Pharmacometrics to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing life-changing medicines for patients with serious diseases. In this remote role, you will provide strategic leadership in the design, oversight, analysis, and reporting of pharmacometrics programs supporting compounds in oncology.

Essential Functions:

• Plan, prepare, and review pharmacometrics-related drug development plans and regulatory filings.
• Apply model-informed drug development principles to guide decision-making.
• Effectively manage priorities, talent, and infrastructure.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Represent Jazz as a subject matter expert and thought leader.

Required Education & Skills:

• PhD in pharmaceutical sciences or related field with 12+ years of industry experience.
• Proven ability to lead and build high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in quantitative analyses and pharmacometrics software.
• Global regulatory understanding and experience in managing collaborations.
• Excellent communication skills and strategic thinking ability.
