Senior Manager, Field Analytics and Operations, Sleep

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Manager to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. As the Senior Manager, Field Analytics and Operations, you will be responsible for delivering field force analytics and operational effectiveness in support of the Sleep Business Unit under the US Business Operations and Analytics department. This role involves leading field strategies, implementing customer call planning tools, managing sales force reporting and analysis, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead the Sleep team's field strategies including initiatives for field force effectiveness, customer targeting, and engagement activities.
• Design and implement customer call planning and targeting tools to evaluate field force productivity.
• Manage sub-national sales force reporting and analysis, operationalizing KPIs through centralized data platforms.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Experience with pharmaceutical data tools like IQVIA and Symphony.
• Strong business and technology acumen with proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and MDM.
• Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and handle large datasets.
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred, with 5+ years in sales analytics or operations.

Compensation

• The base salary range for this role is $128,000-$192,000, with additional benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k plan, and paid vacation.
• The successful candidate may also be eligible for an annual cash bonus and equity grants.
