Job Description
We are looking for a Specialty Sales Consultant to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company committed to transforming the lives of patients and families. As a Specialty Sales Consultant in the Neuroscience division, you will be responsible for promoting Jazz Pharmaceuticals' products, developing business relationships with specialists, and implementing marketing strategies to achieve objectives.
Responsibilities
- Educate healthcare professionals about Jazz Pharmaceuticals' products and approved indications.
- Achieve sales goals and Key Performance Indicators.
- Organize meetings to exchange medical and product information.
- Analyze business to understand prescribing processes and utilize available resources to educate healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet physicians' needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure activities comply with legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and execute a business and territory tactical plan.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Specialist sales experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of product(s), disease states, and payer landscape.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and thrive in a team environment.
- Four-year college/university degree or equivalent required.
Physical Demands
- Frequent travel and operation of office equipment.
- Carrying materials during sales calls.
Work Environment
- Interactions in office environments with minimal exposure to extreme elements.
- Flexible work schedule and public contact.

US-based candidates: Total compensation package ranges from $112,000 to $168,000, including base pay, annual cash bonus, equity grants, and benefits.
