Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Store Management Trainee to join Aldi and embark on a comprehensive training program to prepare for managing a store effectively. As a Trainee, you will supervise daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, oversee team performance, manage schedules, and implement operational strategies while developing and mentoring your team.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise team operations to deliver top-notch customer service.

  • Manage customer inquiries and ensure swift resolution of concerns.
  • Maintain store signage and product quality.
  • Participate in recruitment and hiring processes.

  • Monitor store budgets and inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and implementing company policies.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Previous retail experience preferred with management experience preferred.
